More than 1,000 patients were treated in the infectious diseases department of the Hospital for War Veterans of Naberezhnye Chelny in 2020

The Hospital for War Veterans of Naberezhnye Chelny summed up the results of 2020.

Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marcel Zavidovich Mingalimov, Deputy Head of the City Health Department Rustam Maratovich Nugmanov, Chairman of the Naberezhnye Chelny city organization of the union of health workers Lyubov Vladimirovna Khovrycheva were invited to the wrap-up meeting of the Medical Council.

– This is the first time the whole world has encountered this virus, and we have had to learn a lot in real time, without leaving our workplaces. Although the fight against the coronavirus is still ongoing, now we can say that thanks to the support of the leadership of the republic and the city, we have withstood this blow and were able to adapt to the new working conditions, – said Reseda Rishatovna.

From May to December, 1083 patients were treated in the infectious diseases department of the hospital. In the treatment process of patients in infectious diseases departments, 48 doctors and 156 medium-grade medical personnel were involved.

 

The most important direction that began to function in the Hospital's polyclinic for the first time in 2020 is rehabilitation after a coronavirus infection. The disease is not only insidious, but also requires long-term rehabilitation after discharge from the hospital. The hospital, which for many years has been engaged in the rehabilitation of patients with a variety of diseases, since July 20, 2020, began to carry out the rehabilitation of patients after the coronavirus. During this period, 1,100 patients were rehabilitated.

To date, the hospital employs 388 people. 60 people are doctors. The elimination the personnel shortage continues. This year 11 doctors, 27 medium-grade medical personnel and 8 junior medical personnel were hired. The social program of support for new specialists helps to attract new personnel. 7 doctors received republican grants for the purchase of housing, 5 of them have already received keys in new homes.

The amendments and additions to the collective agreement were introduced by the leading legal adviser, Daniya Maratovna Zakirova. The chairman of the union committee Guzyal Akhtyamovna Gatina prepared a report on the results of the work of the union committee for 2020.

At the end of the medical council, the presentation of Certificates of Honor and letters of thanks took place. Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marcel Mingalimov presented the medical personnel of the Hospital with a letter of thanks for their high professionalism. Lyubov Khovrycheva presented her Gratitude on behalf of the Federation of Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
