From January 1, 2021, the registry model is being implemented — the issuance of licenses on paper is canceled. The presence of permits wills now be confirmed by paper documents and corresponding entries in the license registers.
Thanks to the new Federal Law, which came into force from the new year, the work on licensing was optimized. It became easier to reissue a license. The innovation provided a reduction in paper document flow.
Thus, it is easier to make changes in the electronic register than on paper in the case of a change in the location of the licensee or a change in the place of residence of an individual entrepreneur. Or areas of activity, if a street or other territory has been renamed, the house's numbering has changed. Such changes to the registry will not require the renewal of licenses.
The state fee for granting a license for medical practice will be 7.5 thousand rubles. The cost for re-registration due to changes in the list of works performed and services rendered or for additions to the information about the address of the work is 3.5 thousand rubles. You will have to pay 750 rubles for reissuing the license in other cases.
