About the team.
"The medical personnel of the Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory were formed after the merger in 2009. I have known many people in my team since 1985. I grew up with them. There are my classmates; there are mentors who taught me everything. The team is stable, and if they leave us, it is only for retirement. I think this is an indicator that everyone is comfortable here.
We have several subdivisions. The AIDS Laboratory is located in polyclinic #1 and serves the entire city and district. The Clinical Department is also located there. Then the Cytology Laboratory. The Instant Diagnostics Laboratory is our pride, these are the girls who carry all the work on their shoulders, they work all the weekends and holidays. The Clinical Department takes on a large amount of material during the day. A huge Biochemical Laboratory, where a doctor and 6 laboratory assistants work.
In total, our team consists of 85 medical workers: biologists, laboratory doctors, doctors of Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory, laboratory assistants, nurses, orderlies. My girls conduct a huge range of different tests, this is 3,000,000 tests per year, and this figure is growing every year, because the list and number of tests are expanding.
