The Nizhnekamsk Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention has completed a large cycle of classes, during which the therapist Svetlana Vyachkileva and the cardiologist Zulfira Bigasheva told the audience about the prevention of the cardiovascular system, how to adhere to a healthy lifestyle, why it is important to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and how to rehabilitate after suffering from pneumonia.

"Employees of educational institutions are more likely to be affected by stress and psychoemotional stress on the body than others," said Ravil Garipov, chief physician of the Central Medical Center. “A busy work schedule, especially in the context of a pandemic, does not allow them to be examined by a doctor in a timely manner, even if there are already signs of problems in the body. And our doctors are very useful to conduct lectures that can be considered a consultation of a therapist and a cardiologist right at their workplace. Everyone receives a consultation related to their own issue and, if necessary, a referral for additional examination."

Medical workers met with employees of kindergartens, schools, Tax Inspection, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, MFC, "Mercy" social service center, “Balkysh” social shelter for children and adolescents  and "Vesta" center for family and children. In total, since September of the last year, 119 lectures have been held, which were attended by 2724 Nizhnekamsk residents.
