The 100th anniversary of the birth of Moishe Z. Sigal is celebrated on January 14, 2020. Sigal is a famous Kazan surgeon-oncologist, founder of the Kazan surgical school of oncologists, MD, Professor, whose contribution to medical science is difficult to overestimate.
