Republican campaign "Gift to the newborn" has started in Naberezhnye Chelny

The first gift set designed for families with newborn children permanently residing in Tatarstan Republic, whose average per capita income does not exceed the subsistence minimum, is provided with gift sets of children's accessories.  Khamidullin family became the happy owner of the baby’s box.
