Today, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov visited the clinic "Mother and child", which was opened yesterday in Kazan.

Diabetes Day took place today in SAHI "Verkhneuslonsky Central Regional Hospital" in the framework of the World Diabetes Day. The organizer of this event was public institution "Diabetic Association of Tatarstan Republic" (regional branch of the Russian Diabetes Association) with the assistance of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic, SAHI "Republican clinical hospital of TR Health Ministry", SAHI "Kazan Endocrinologic Dispensary", pharmaceutical companies and other organizations.

The Board meeting of Health Ministry of the Russian Federation and Health Ministry of the Republic of Belarus was held in Kazan on November, 13-14, 2018. It was attended by State Secretary-Deputy Health Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kostennikov and Deputy Health Minister of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Pinevich. The Board’s participants have visited one of the largest clinics of Kazan and Tatarstan Republic – Municipal Clinical Hospital №7.

Meeting of Public Council will be held in Kazan on November 28, 2018 at 10 o'clock, at the address: Kazan, Ostrovsky str., 11/6. It is organized within the framework of the pilot project on public formation of the goals and objectives of the executive bodies of the state power of Tatarstan Republic.

Zakamsky gastroenterological training took place in Polyclinic №2 of Nizhnekamsk. Associate Professor of therapy, geriatrics and family medicine sub-faculty of KSMA Zarina Galieva and head of fundamental bases of clinical medicine sub-faculty of KFU Saiyar Abdulhakov have spoken to Nizhnekamsk physicians. Kazan guests have told about changes in the treatment regimens of patients suffering from gastrointestinal diseases, and have answered questions from colleagues.

District forum of medical volunteers of Povolzhsky Federal Region (PFR) will start in Kazan on November 16, 2018. 

Conference of dermatologists and cosmetologists of PFD will be held in Kazan on November, 15-16. It is planned to discuss topical issues of dermatology, venerology and cosmetology. Meeting of the profile Commission of Expert Council in the field of healthcare of Health Ministry of Russia will take place within the limits of the conference.

Working meeting on strengthening cooperation in the field of health protection of citizens in relation to the implementation of interventions for the prevention of HIV/AIDS in the workplaces took place in Tatarstan. The program included the State strategy of counteraction to spreading HIV-infection in Russian Federation for the period till 2020 and further prospect, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 22.10.2016 No. 2203-R. Meeting was held at Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
