Training for volunteers: “Support for families with diabetes to improve self-control of the disease in the framework of equal mentoring” took place within the framework of the project "Equal support" in Children's Republican Clinical Hospital. Professor Tamara Kuraeva, chief researcher of National Medical Research Endocrinology Center has tested mentors about diabetes. Chief freelance children's endocrinologist of Tatarstan Republic Maria Shaydulina has reminded about the basics of case management of type 1 diabetes in children. Clinical psychologist of Children's Republican Clinical Hospital Liya Bodrova has told about the frequent mistakes of parents and emphasized the main directions of support for the sick child.
Capital repair will take place in 19 healthcare institutions of Kazan in 2018: in five women clinics (6 facilities), nine polyclinics, a children's polyclinic and three municipal poly clinics. Repair was carried out in 52 institutions of the primary health care in 2017. 1 billion 348.5 million rubles were allocated from the national budget for these purposes.
Training for cancer patient "Anesthesia" took place in the center of support of cancer patients "Second wind". Free information and educational event was organized by Republican Oncologic Dispensary, Emergency Hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny together with the public organization of Tatarstan Republic "We will win cancer". Head physician of Emergency Hospital Marat Mukhamadiev, clinical psychologist of Naberezhnochelninsky branch of Republican Clinical Oncology Center Natalia Gilyazova and lawyer of the center "Second wind" Alsu Temkina were the speakers of the event.
The preventive campaign on anonymous express HIV testing continues for the labor collectives of enterprises of Kazan. Campaign is held by Republican AIDS Center together with Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare in Tatarstan Republic. Experts have visited state enterprise "Kazan State Powder Plant". Everyone could pass a free anonymous express HIV test. 22 people have learned their HIV status.
The charity event for children with diabetes was held in the children's polyclinic of Almetyevsk. The event was organized by Healthcare Department of Almetyevsk municipal district, Charity Fund "Nur" and the group of companies “NurGeo” and "Nurmed". Republican competition of computer design posters among medical workers of TR healthcare institutions "Men's health" has ended. The competition was held in order to motivate health workers to promote healthy lifestyles among the population and prevention of diseases in men. Winners and prize-winners were determined by several criteria. Members of the jury assessed the credibility and accessibility of perception, artistic and emotional impact, aesthetics and originality of works. The winners of the competition, who scored the highest number of points, will be awarded with certificates of honor of TR Health Ministry as well as letters of thanks of Republican Center of Medical Prevention.
Republican seminar for the medical staff "Nutrition and development of children" was held at Sabinsky Central Regional Hospital. Training was organized to improve the quality of medical care for children and improve the professional level of secondary medical personnel for nurses of healthy child's offices, district nurses and paramedics. The reports were made by specialists of Children's Republican Clinical Hospital and hospital Pediatrics with the course of polyclinic Pediatrics sub-faculty of Kazan State Medical University. The participants of the seminar have discussed the problems of breastfeeding, nutrition of children of the first three years of life, especially the development of premature children and vaccination of children.
7153 emergency calls have been registered in Kazan last week. 1839 calls were registered to public places. Paramedics went on accidents 1111 times, including road accidents (54 times). 54 people were injured, 21 were taken to healthcare institutions. 5286 calls were made for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (46) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (227).
Campaign on provision of endocrinological assistance to the population took place in Mamadyshsky Central Regional Hospital. The event was organized by Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic together with Public organization "Diabetes Association of Tatarstan Republic". Specialists of Republican Clinical Hospital and Republican Endocrinologic Dispensary have examined patients with diabetes, answered their questions and gave appropriate recommendations. Everyone had the opportunity to do a blood test for sugar.
Training for patients with hypertension took place in Nizhnekamsk Central Regional Multi-profile Hospital. Lecture was read by cardiologist Leyla Akhmetzyanova.. Everyone was able to measure the age of the vascular system and stress index using a special device "Angioscan". This device allows to diagnose the state of the circulatory system according to the dynamics of vascular oscillations. Some patients were invited for examination by cardiologists. All lecture participants were given information books and gifts.
