Medical community of Tatarstan Republic has learned unexpected and mournful news on February 7, 2018: Deputy Health Minister Elena Ivanovna Shishmareva has died. She was 52 years old.

Unique operation of extraction of congenital aneurysm was performed to two-month-old child weighing just over 5 kg in CRCH. The world literature describes only 14 cases of such operations at children, the minimum age of the patient who underwent such operation was 6 months.

All students of educational institutions of Tatarstan Republic and everyone will be able to attend the public lecture of Professor of physiology sub-faculty of KSMU, Honorary Research Director of Aix-Marseille University Peter Dmitrievich Bregestovsky in the framework of Festival of medicine "Angels in white coats".
