If it is impossible to phone, at conditions menacing to life it is possible to call under number «112». People with a hearing disorder can send  sms. For an operative call of emergency help brigades to the patient or the victim and timely rendering of medical aid the causing should answer accurately and precisely all questions of the doctor's assistant (dispatcher) «03» accepting a call.

The agreement about cooperation on rendering assistance to the seriously ill children was concluded between the Children's republican hospital of Health Ministry of  Tatarstan Republic and charity fund "Life line". Projects over which the fund will work in Tatarstan, Health Minister of Tatarstan Republic Adel Junusovich Vafin, the chief executive of fund Elena Nikolaevna Zhirkova and head physician of ChRCH Raphael Firnajalovich Shavaliev have discussed.

With working visit Adel Vafin has visited Leninogorsk CRH. It has familiarised with course of works on forthcoming opening of the primary vascular centre on 30 beds with intensive care unit. Now all building-painting and decorating өәклы are executed, acquisition by the medical equipment and furniture comes to the end. Experts conduct starting-up and adjustment works on commissioning of a computer tomograph. The primary vascular centre of  Leninogorsk CRH will take first patients in September of this year that will allow to raise availability and timeliness of rendering of hi-tech specialised medical aid to the population. Also Adele Vafin has met collective of medical workers and has discussed questions of corporate culture of professional relations in TR medical community.

Today in the Ministers Cabinet of Tatarstan Republic under the chairmanship of V.G.Shajhraziev – the assistant to Prime minister of Tatarstan Republic, the chairman of working group on the organization of explanatory work among the population on maintenance of separate categories of citizens with  set of social services –  the republican meeting in a videoconference regimen on theme «Organization and realization of actions for maintenance of separate categories of citizens with set of social services in 2017» has taken place.

In Health Ministry of  RT the Agreement on intentions to promote project realization «Preventive maintenance non-infectiuos diseases on workplaces» is signed.

In Kazan in news agency "Tatars-inform" there has passed presentation of the first edition of the book of Valery Miroshnikov «Life of remarkable doctors of Tatarstan». The book was published with the support of Health Ministry of RT and Association of medical workers of republic.

In Tatarstan on the basis of children's polyclinics, polyclinic units of city and regional hospitals offices of medik-social help to children are opened. The deputy director of national hospital of province Hunan,  head physician Ly Tsjuantsin has noticed that Tatarstan has surprised with their hospitability and high level of the organization of rendering of medical aid to the population. Visitors also have presented presentation. The parties have discussed questions of rendering hi-tech, medical aid to the population, questions of modernization, the organization of preventive work, medical education, pharmaceutical sphere. The occurring has been finished by discussion of prospects of cooperation and delivery of specialties.
