This is not just a random choice of an event venue, but a business cooperation between an educational institution and the All-Russian Association of the Blind since 2018.

Doctors from Kazan, Moscow and St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, the Volga Federal District, scientists and practicing physicians from near and far abroad will speak here.

Participants will be trained in communication skills in social media, elimination of information risks, drawing up a content plan, as well as basic rules for the design of state public pages within the framework of the event.

An emergency surgery on the gallbladder through punctures has been performed in the Spassk CDH. Laparoscopic surgery with an acute problem with the gallbladder in the conditions of district hospitals can be called a unique case.  

A new CT scanner has been put into operation in the Polyclinic of the City Hospital #2 of the Chistopol CDH. The equipment has been purchased under the primary healthcare modernization program of the national project “Healthcare”.
