How to get a certificate with a QR code

Since October 11, visiting public places is prohibited in Tatarstan without special QR codes. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan explains the procedure for obtaining a certificate with a QR code.

To obtain a certificate on the Portal of Government Services of the Russian Federation, it is important to provide IIAN at the vaccination center. Information about you will be entered in the register of vaccinated people.

If you have had a confirmed coronavirus infection in the last 6 months and your data is entered in the federal register of cases, you will receive a COVID-19 certificate and a QR code. To obtain a certificate, you must have a confirmed account on the Portal of Government Services of the Russian Federation.
