Cardiac surgeons from Almetyevsk have developed a new way to assess the severity of thromboembolia of the pulmonary artery

A group of specialists from the Medical and Sanitary Unit of JSC Tatneft and Almetyevsk under the leadership of the head of the Department of Cardiac Surgery, Doctor of Medical Sciences N.G. Sibagatullin, proposed an original, at the same time simple and convenient method for assessing the massiveness of thromboembolia of the pulmonary artery. Physicians have received a patent for the method for assessment the massiveness of thromboembolia of the pulmonary artery.
