Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation proposed to change the procedure for funding the primary healthcare modernization program

Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has prepared amendments to the rules for the provision and allocating of federal subsidies to co-finance the costs of regional programs for the modernization of primary healthcare within the framework of the state program “Development of Healthcare”.
