New procedure for medical examination of drivers

According to the amendments, blood and urine tests will be undergone by drivers who have been deprived of a license for driving while intoxicated, as well as those who refused medical examination or have a criminal record for committing an accident while drunk. Mandatory tests can be sent if there are signs of alcohol or drug abuse.
