“Doctor, I wish I could live to be 100 years old!”
The tumour of 96-years-old war veteran Khairullin Anas Shafigulovich was excised by oncologists of Nizhnekamsk CDMH
According to the Head of the Department of Oncology Marat Khairullin, an elderly man was diagnosed with cancer of the sigmoid colon. A sigmoid colon resection with reconstructive anastomosis was performed during the surgery.
Before the procedure Anas Shafigulovich said: “Doctor, I wish I could live to be 100 years old!”
The patient feels better every day, appreciates doctors for their help and soon plans to return home.
