Health Ministry informs about the tragedy in Kazan airport:
That the psychological help has been organized by psychologists of Health Ministry of TR, Ministry of Emergency Measures and Ministry of Internal Affairs to relatives of victims. On the place of air crash in Kazan airport were 35 relatives of victims, 16 persons have asked for medical aid, basically with hypertensive crisis and with acute reaction on stress. The psychological help has been rendered to everyone on the place.
Earlier on the place of air crash 40 emergency teams, including 3 teams of Medicine centre of catastrophic crashes, have been involved. RCH and the centre of emergency medicine on the basis of MCH №7 have been ready to receive patients. On the place of air crush the psychological work with relatives of victims has been organized in the terminal №2 of Kazan airport.
The work on identification and procedure on genetic researches will be organized on the basis of Republican Bureau of Forensic medical examination to the address: 31 a, Siberian Tract str. The work with the relatives of appropriate services: Federal Migration Service, Registry office, Ministry of labour, employment and social protection will be organized on the basis of the Centre of nuclear medicine to the address: 29, Siberian Tract str.
The information about the time and the place of bodies’ giving of victims of flight «Moscow – Kazan» will be at 12 o’clock on November, 18th, 2013.
On the instructions of Health Minister of Russian Federation Veronica Skvortsova, 4 leading experts of Serbsky State Scientific Institute of Judicial and Social Psychiatry, led by the principal psychiatrist of Health Ministry of Russian Federation, deputy director - Z.I.Kekelidze, have arrived in Kazan in order to organize the rendering of the psychological help to relatives of victims.
The commission on liquidation of medical-sanitary aftereffects of Emergency situations is headed by Healthcare deputy minister of Russian Federation A.Z.Farrakhov.
