Doctor informs the villagers about diabetes

Every Monday, Ilyuza Ildarovna Gazymova, an endocrinologist at Almetyevsk CDH, travels to the villages of Almetyevsk district to have a "Patient's School".

On June 23, 2025, an endocrinologist visited the village of Bishmuncha, where the "Patient's School" was held on the topic: "Diabetes mellitus."

Ilyuza Ildarovna told the residents about the methods of self–control of diabetes, about the basics of rational nutrition, about the types of sugar-lowering drugs, about the complications of diabetes in the form of hypo/hyperglycemia, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic neuropathy, introduced the villagers to the rules of foot care.
