Avtograd Children's polyclinic No. 3 gives a start to the career of young doctors

Among the new specialists are graduates of the country's leading medical universities: Cheboksary, Mari State Universities, Perm Medical University. As well as experienced staff from other medical institutions in Kazan, Ufa and Naberezhnye Chelny.

The "Welcome to the Team" thematic meeting at Children's Polyclinic No. 3 is not just a ceremony, but an important part of the institution's culture. As part of a friendly program prepared by experienced colleagues, new doctors and nurses were able to feel like part of a large team. They enthusiastically demonstrated their skills, resourcefulness and ability to work in a team.
