Elena Luchkina, head of the department, an otorhinolaryngologist and chief pediatric visiting otorhinolaryngologist, brilliantly delivered the report "Pediatric otorhinolaryngology in the Republic of Tatarstan". In addition, she joined the presidium of the round table "The current state of pediatric otorhinolaryngological services in the regions-subjects of the Russian Federation and prospects for its development", and also successfully moderated the section devoted to topical issues of pediatric ENT practice.
