"Save a life!": 36 liters of blood collected on Donor Day in Chistopol

On October 30, specialists from the Republican Blood Transfusion Station took blood from the city's donors. The donation campaign was held in the building of the city hospital No. 2.

Since early morning, a queue of those wishing to take part in the action has been lined up at the medical facility. Residents of the city of Chistopol, representatives of various professions and different ages found time to come and donate blood. Some of them were beginners and those who donate blood regularly.

Before the donation, each participant underwent a medical examination: blood type and Rh factor determination, blood pressure measurement, and other procedures.
