Currently, cyberbullying and social engineering are an extremely acute, socially significant problem in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to reduce the risks of embezzlement of individuals' funds, financial education and increasing cyber literacy of citizens are being implemented.

The Bank of Russia invites you to participate in the survey from November 1 to November 28, 2025.

A survey on the degree of public satisfaction with the level of security of financial services provided by credit and financial sector organizations will be conducted by filling out anonymized survey forms posted on the official website of the Bank of Russia.
