The patient was examined by the head of the surgical department, surgeon Niyaz Nurgayazovich Miftakhutdinov. Based on the results of the examination, a decision was made on urgent surgical intervention.

During the operation, it turned out that the cause of the pain was a foreign body - a tubular duck bone that stood across the lumen of the small intestine and damaged its wall. This led to a perforation of the wall of the small intestine.

The patient was diagnosed with mechanical perforation of the small intestine and serous fibrinous peritonitis.

A complicated operation was performed: the surgeon removed the affected area of the intestine and immediately restored the continuity of the digestive tract.
