Taking care of women's health: a gynecologist at the Chistopol Central Hospital held a lecture hall for female students
An educational lecture dedicated to gynecology and women's reproductive health was held at the G.I. Usmanov Agricultural College.
The speaker was Albina Barieva, an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Chistopol Hospital.
The specialist recalled the importance of preventive appointments with a gynecologist, which help to identify and diagnose women's health problems in a timely manner, named the causes and factors influencing the appearance of such diseases, and announced the list of necessary annual examinations.
As Albina Albertovna noted, a balanced diet, regular physical activity, rejection of bad habits, and adherence to sleep patterns are important elements of maintaining body health.
The lecture participants learned about modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of common female diseases, as well as ways to maintain optimal hormone levels, prevent infections and plan pregnancy correctly.
