Age is not an obstacle to a healthy and active lifestyle!

Goals and objectives of these competitions:

-attracting the older generation to active physical education and sports;

-promotion of a healthy lifestyle;

-the development of the mass sports and recreation movement among older people.

 The competition is organized by the Council of Veterans of the Almetyevsk municipal district. At Almetyevsk  CDH, the administration and the labor union committee of the medical institution provide organizational support for the event.

 We wish our participants victories and always hit the target! In the mature years of life, you can always maintain physical activity and take care of your health.
