Leadership and management: a training course was held at Chistopol Hospital

The focus was on practical tools for developing the leadership qualities of a leader: the formation of a personal and professional image, the specifics of teamwork, management style, the influence of the personality of the leader on the atmosphere in the team and the effectiveness of the departments.

The work took place in an interactive format: participants performed exercises, discussed real management situations, analyzed behavioral models and ways to build constructive communication.
