"Angels in white coats": Zainsk CDH opened doors for future doctors

7 February 2026, Saturday

On February 7, a special atmosphere prevailed in the conference hall of the Zainsk Central Regional Hospital - the atmosphere of a choice that determines fate. More than fifty students from grades 9-11 of city schools gathered here as part of the traditional career guidance campaign "Angels in White Coats". They were united not just by curiosity, but by a serious interest in a profession that is becoming more important and in demand every year — the profession of a doctor and a medical professional.

The meeting was opened by Irina Isaeva, head of the polyclinic of the Zainsk CDH. Her speech was not just a greeting, but an honest and specific conversation about the hospital's human resources potential. The figures announced by Irina Leonidovna speak for themselves: there are 78 doctors, 412 specialists with secondary medical education and 48 junior medical staff in the team of 735 people. However, another figure has become key: the staffing of medical staff today is only 48%, and the average medical staff is 80%.
