Final medical meeting of the Tetyush CRH by the end of 2025

Bulat Kashapov, Chief physician of the Tetyushi Central Hospital, spoke about the results of work for 2025 and the tasks for 2026. He began his report by familiarizing with the demographic situation in the region and the main indicators of fertility and mortality, as well as the structure of morbidity. He spoke in detail about the performance of the main indicators of work in the polyclinic, hospital, emergency department and paramedic-obstetric stations.

A program for the modernization of primary health care was actively implemented in the district: a new mobile MOC was built in the village of Vozhi, 7 MOCs were overhauled. The long-awaited overhaul of the building of the infectious diseases department has begun. "One of the problems of the Tetyushsi CDH is the shortage of personnel, in conditions of which the fulfillment of tasks is difficult to achieve.

Today, 43 doctors and 218 secondary medical workers work in the district's healthcare system. To date, the CDH has a shortage of specialists in the following specialties: a surgeon, an oncologist, an infectious disease specialist, a neurologist, a traumatologist, an ultrasound diagnostic doctor, and an endoscopist," the chief physician of the district emphasized. In 2025, four prescriptive doctors were employed.
