Meeting with 4th year students of the Chistopol Medical School took place at the Chistopol Hospital
The purpose of the event is to support young professionals and attract graduates to the healthcare system of the Chistopol district.
Representatives of the hospital of the Chistopol Central Hospital met with the students:
Roman Pegashov, Head of the Intensive Care Unit, intensive care anesthesiologist, Alla Sidorina, chief nurse of the hospital, Natalia Tikhonova, senior nurse of the hospital.
Roman Olegovich spoke in detail about the work of the intensive care unit, one of the most responsible and dynamic departments of the hospital. He noted that working in intensive care requires high concentration, professionalism and teamwork, but at the same time provides invaluable experience and the opportunity to save lives on a daily basis.
Currently, there are vacant positions of anesthetic nurses in the department. Young professionals are offered professional growth opportunities, mentoring, and working in a strong team.
The chief and senior nurses spoke about the specifics of nursing work in the hospital, working conditions, support for young staff and development prospects in the healthcare system.
The event was held in a warm and open atmosphere.
