Protect reproductive health before human birth
The reproductive health of the population affects the reproduction of the population, determines the demographic situation and has a significant impact on the state of national security. The National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, approved by Presidential Decree No. 400 of July 2, 2021, highlights saving the Russian people as a priority national interest, and increasing the birth rate is considered a prerequisite for increasing the population.
Reproductive health is a determining factor of social, economic well-being and the health of society. There should be an increase in the availability of information for all ages and segments of the population about pregnancy preservation technology, infertility treatment, and social and psychological support.
