World Kidney Day conference was held in the CRCH
Today, the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "World Kidney Day" was held in the CRCH as part of the Bulatov Readings of the Kazan Pediatric School.
The event was held in person and in an online broadcast format and was dedicated to the theme "Kidney health for all - caring for people, protecting the planet", as well as the 100th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Medicine, Professor N.A. Romanova.
The conference brought together leading specialists from Kazan and Moscow — pediatricians, nephrologists, urologists, surgeons and doctors of related specialties.
The focus was on current problems of pediatric nephrology, chronic kidney disease in children, thrombotic microangiopathy, diagnosis of CAKUT syndrome, possibilities of X-ray endovascular methods and analysis of complex clinical cases.
