And after theory, it was time for the soul and creativity. The specialists of the Nur Psychological Center conducted a real art therapy session for our mothers - a musical meditation. They plunged into the magical world of sounds of Tibetan bowls, gongs, glucophones and other unusual musical instruments. These vibrations help to dissipate and relieve tension. The girls even tried to play the instruments themselves!
Also, every expectant mother created a lucky charm for her baby with her own hands. All the participants took home unique art souvenirs made with love.
The festive mood was supported by Ilsiya Zubeirova, head of the Registry Office of the Almetyevsk district, and Dilbar Karayeva, head of the women's clinic. They congratulated the expectant mothers and presented each with a commemorative postcard.
