Spartakiad of medical workers of the Republic of Tatarstan has started
The Republic of Tatarstan has officially launched the first stage of the Olympus of Health Sports Contest for Medical Workers, a large—scale project that unites the professional healthcare community of the region not only in their work, but also in their pursuit of an active and healthy lifestyle.
Teams of medical organizations from all over the republic have already joined the competition: doctors, nurses, paramedics, administrative staff — everyone who takes care of the health of Tatarstan residents on a weekly basis.
The Spartakiad program covers a wide range of disciplines - from volleyball, mini-football and swimming to athletics, table tennis and badminton.
Participants will also have to prove themselves in intellectual sports such as chess and dominoes, as well as in such spectacular disciplines as tug of war and esports.
This format allows everyone to find their strengths and become part of a common team.
The competitions are held in stages: from April 15 to May 15, internal competitions are held within associations and national teams, which determine the strongest participants who will represent their associations in the final competitions. National teams of children's institutions, republican specialized institutions, as well as the Kazan City Health Department and its subordinate organizations are being formed separately.
