Renat Utkelbaev, the chief physician of the RCND, was awarded the St. Gurius of Kazan Medal of the III degree

The chief physician of the Republican Clinical Narcological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Renat Utkelbaev, was awarded the St. Gurius of Kazan medal of the III degree. The award was presented by Metropolitan Kirill of Kazan and Tatarstan at the Church of St. Barsonofy in Kazan.

Diocesan awards were also presented to parish staff, volunteers of the diocesan Department for the Prevention of Alcoholism and Drug Addiction, and other doctors who work to promote sobriety and carry out pro-life activities.
