In Zainsk, doctors are offered up to 2.3 million rubles in payments and official housing

Work is underway in the Zainsk district to attract medical specialists. A set of support measures is provided for doctors and healthcare workers who are ready to move to the municipality or return after training.

As Razif Karimov, the head of the district, noted, today the issue of staffing the healthcare sector remains the only priority. Federal, republican, and municipal incentive programs are in place to attract specialists. Thus, doctors arriving to work from other regions are provided with a one-time payment of one million rubles by order of the Rais of Tatarstan.

Additionally, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan pays 800 thousand rubles each to specialists who are employed in regional medical institutions.
