Healthy habits for a bright future

On June 27, Russia celebrated a wonderful holiday – Youth Day! In the Republic of Tatarstan, the URAM Extreme Park in Kazan became the central venue for this event, which gathered an impressive 50,000 active and motivated young people under its wing.

The program of the day was full of educational, cultural, sports events, inspiring lectures, practical workshops, informative discussions, exhibitions, meetings with experts, as well as volunteer and charity events, culminating in a vibrant concert program.

During the celebration, special attention was paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle. The Republican Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention took part in this block, organizing platforms for quick health checks.
