Cesarean section without complications

Another new apparatus "FOTEK" has appeared in Perinatal Center of Naberezhnye Chelny. It allows to escape complications after cesarean sections. Almost every third woman in Perinatal Centre gives birth by the operative way. The apparatus was developed by designers from Ekaterinburg together with obstetricians-gynecologists. This development has proved the best quality. The first apparatus has been put into operation in July 2013. Medical institution administration has decided to buy one more apparatus. Perinatal Center needs three similar apparatus. The new apparatus has been installed in the observation unit.

«FOTEК» is used for preventive maintenance of complications after Cesarean section on the basis of application of broad-band radio wave surgery and argonic-plasmic coagulation.

The advantages of this method are: decrease of blood losses, improving of healing of operational wound, prevention of complications of postoperative period, decrease of painful syndrome and reducing of duration of stay in hospital.

The apparatus promotes decrease of microbe contamination that leads to refuse from antibiotics course therapy during the postoperative period.

Advantages of method are: almost bloodless operational field, speed of operational intervention, minimum of painful sensations, healing of postoperative wound without rasping scarring.
