Two‑day program for healthcare HR specialists has started

Today, a two‑day educational program for personnel service staff and managers in this area in medical organizations launched at the Personnel Center of the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan.

The participants were welcomed by Ilnaz Akhmadiev, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, who noted the importance of the service: “This is a very great responsibility. Whether new employees come to you depends on how the employment processes are structured and how you meet people.”

The educational program includes practical training sessions on recruiting, addressing adaptation issues, and working with online resources. Experts also spoke about the system of continuous medical education and the legal aspects of personnel services.
