Questions of medical aid rendering to the patient with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation in Almetievsk CRH

The questions of decrease of case rate and death rate from vascular diseases are very important. On February, 12th the neurology unit for patients with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation (the primary vascular centre) has began to function according to the order of HM of ТR №158 from 06.02.2014 «About modification of the order of Health Ministry of TR from 27.09.2013 №1833« About the order of medical aid rendering to the patient (adult population) with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation»(ADCC) within the limits of the measures directed on improvement of medical aid rendering to the patients with vascular pathologies, in Almetievsk Central Regional Hospital.

  The Primary Vascular Centre will service the inhabitants of Almetievsky, Aznakaevsky and Leninogorsky districts with the population 152 702 persons. The Centre has: 6 beds of intensive care and 24 multiprofile beds.

There are optimal conditions for early aftertreatment of patients with ADCC for restoration of the lost functions of organism. Offices of the psychologist, the logopedist, the reflex-physician, the rehabilitation specialist are created.
New approaches to the organization, equipment, personnel, maintenance of all stages from the moment of urgent hospitalization of the patient with stroke have been discussed during recent exit meeting with involvement of the principal non-staff specialist of HM of ТR – the angioneurologist Dina Khasanova, the chief of medical help department of HM of ТR Yury Arzhanov, the chief of Healthcare Department in AMR of HM of TR Ravil Khairullin and specialists of TPI.
 
The neurology unit for patients with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation of SAHI «Almetievsk CRH» is attached to Regional Vascular Centre of SAHI «Hospital of the first help» of Naberezhnye Chelny for rendering the advisory-diagnostic help.
