I-st Kazan Medical-pharmaceutical Forum has taken place in Kazan. The Communication agency "DAILY" was the organizer of the Forum in partnership with TR Health Ministry. The forum has taken place under aegis – «Healthy nation». For the first time the business forum has united 150 proprietors and top-managers of federal and local chemist's networks, vendors, distributors and representatives of state organs on regional platform. Spring session of representatives of pharmaceutical market has been supported by leading branch associations.
The question of dynamical evolution of pharmaceutical industry and considerable growth of quantity of medicaments became key subject of forum. According to data of «DSM Group» the volume of Russian pharmaceutical market in 2013 has grown on 13,4 % and has constituted more than 1 trillion roubles. Tatarstan pharmaceutical market receives more than 20 billion roubles a year, growth rates after the results of 2013 are above Russian ones – plus 18 %, with difference of 22 %. The Deputy Minister of TR healthcare Farida Jarkaeva has told about social responsibility in interacting between the state, business and society. She has told about creation of certain norms on further development of drugstores and pharmaceutical institutions making psychotropic substances. We can see growth rates of pharmaceutical institutions in Tatarstan following the results of 2013 when the number has reached 1621 establishments. She has underlined necessity of increasing of accessibility of the medicinal help in republic settlements.
Titova Lilia, general director of Open Company "Pharmaceutical industry", has told about state control and harmonization of conditions of pharmaceutical business in Russia and Tatarstan. She has underlined social responsibility of business working in the condition of aggressive advertising on medicines and the necessity of implementation of new methods of work in provision of the medicinal help.
The forum consisted of two sessions on which principal trends of evolution of pharmaceutical market have been discussed:
- License monitoring and managerial responsibility;
- Changes of standards of pharmacy;
- Advertising of pharmaceutical business;
- Sanitary-and-epidemiologic demands to the chemist's institutions;
- Price changes;
- New format of interacting of drugstore and patients - medicinal reimbursing;
- The future of Internet drugstores;
- Administrative and other barriers;
- Strategy of leading out of medicaments to the market.
Changes expect pharmaceutical business. Innovations are necessary, but accessibility of the pharmaceutical information is the main factor in provision of the medicinal help to the population.
