Tatarstan Prime minister has met the designs director of consulting company "BONEX engineering"

Today Prime minister of Tatarstan Republic I.Sh.Khalikov has met the designs director of consulting company "BONEX engineering" (Serbia) R.Boshkovich in Republic Cabinet council. The questions of implementation of quality management system in Tatarstan Republic Healthcare have been discussed. Tatarstan Republic Health Minister A.Ju.Vafin, the substituent of general director of Science Production Association « Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies» G.R.Farrakhova, head physician of Emergency Hospital of N.Chelny I.I.Khairullin have taken part in the meeting.
At the present stage of health care development, the primary role is given to improvement of quality and efficiency of medical aid rendering to the population, the extension of services’ volume and expenses’ optimization. The decision of these problems is possible only at creation of enough flexible both effective quality management system of medical aid and resources in each treatment-and-prophylactic institution. The question of quality assurance of medical aid is one of the priority of Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry.
During the meeting R.Boshkovich has proposed the implementation of the project «Quality management system in health care». The project’s goal is the decrease of risks in the course of medical aid rendering and increase of productivity and satisfaction of patients by medical services.

Tatarstan Health Minister Adel Vafin is in the head of the project. The representatives of the medical institutions of Republic will also take part in project’s implementation – local experts, representatives of Tatarstan Health Ministry with engaging of Russian and foreign experts – consulting company "BONEX engineering". It is necessary to notice that company "BONEX engineering" has already organized the learning cycles for principals of the medical institutions earlier. Consulting company "BONEX engineering" (Serbia) provides training and consulting services in the field of management. Since 2001 company’s sphere of action is consultation and training of specialists in health care in the field of quality improving, accreditation and certification; development of the standards of quality and implementation of various systems of quality management.
