The delegation of Tatarstan Health Ministry has visited Mayo Clinic, the USA

Delegation of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic has visited world famous Mayo Clinic (Rochester, USA) within the limits of medical aid rendering quality improvement and patients centered satisfaction by medical aid. Scientific-practical workshop «Personnel management, patient safety» had been organized by Mayo Clinic during the visit.
Employees of SAHI «Republican Clinical Hospital of Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry » have entered the delegation of Health Ministry.
Delegation from Tatarstan Republic has seen the models of personnel management, leaders’ formation, principles of patients’ centralization and safeties.
The workshop consisted of plenary meetings and separate practical sessions.
It is necessary to notice that discussed questions may be implemented in the work of treatment institutions of TR.
 Conference on medical aid rendering quality with participation of top-managers of Mayo Clinic will take place in Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies on September, 25th.
