Interscapulothoracic amputation with block anesthesia has been carried out for the first time in Municipal Hospital №5 of N.Chelny

Methods of block anesthesia have already received wide acceptance in specialized medical institutions for a long time. The history of the first application of block anesthesia begins in 1896. In 1915 V.F.Voino-Jasenetsky recognized block anesthesia the most perfect method of anesthesia. He said: "... Practical surgeon should not forget about block anesthesia. I was many times convinced of advantages of this type of anesthesia". The given methods of anesthesia have not lost their importance, and some types find the further evolution in the modern conditions.
Advantages of this type of anesthesia have been appreciated in SAHI “Municipal Hospital №5 of Naberezhnye Chelny”. Interscapulothoracic amputation with block anesthesia has been carried out for the first time in this institution.

Monitoring of vital functions of organism had fixed stable operation’s process during operation. The patient has evaluated the painful sensations. Result was 1-2-2,5 points that speaks about adequacy of analgesia. After operation the patient was dismissed from hospital in satisfactory status. The given method has been used in medical institution for the first time by anesthesiologist-intensivist D.M. Khaliullin.
