The European week of HIV testing has started

The second European week of HIV testing will take place from 21 to 28 of November 2014 expecting the World Day of AIDS Control. The prime objective of week of HIV testing is to enlarge the number of the people knowing their HIV-status and to reduce later detection of HIV-infection by informing about advantages of HIV testing. The second week of testing will pass under the slogan «Speak about HIV. Make HIV test».

Mass actions, sports events, translation of audio- and video clips, open lessons, competitions of compositions, drawings, lectures on preventive maintenance of HIV-infection and promotion of healthy life style will take place within the limits of these weeks. World experience shows that only true information, accessible to everyone and the active actions of each, can restrain development of epidemic and refine life quality of HIV-positive people.
The HIV and AIDS problem is our common problem. It can touch each of us, and we should contribute in order to stop it.
