After calling it is necessary to answer accurately and precisely all questions of the doctor's assistant (manager) «03» answering the call. It is necessary to tell place, address (city district, street, apartment number, floor, code and porch number), outstanding points, surname, name, patronymic of the patient or the victim. The call is considered accepted if the doctor's assistant says «Your call is accepted» and repeats the address and the time of call.
