Patient N. has arrived in oncologic unit №11 of RCOD of TR HM with the diagnosis gemma cancer. Tumorous formation of the considerable sizes (23*15) was visualized in gemma. The basic complexity at nephrectomy with tumour of such sizes is the possible considerable hemorrhage during the operation.
