Disaster Medicine Centre of TR Health Ministry was created in 1991. “Flying hospitals” on the basis of helicopter MI-8 and airplanes TU-214, ТU-230 functioned that time. The base to the further development has been created. The All-Russia disaster medicine service was created only in 1994.
