Feldshers’ teams have enlarged the operating time of primary care physicians in Kazan polyclinics

Operating time of primary care physicians was enlarged from 4 till 6 hours and "carrying capacity" was enlarged from 16 to 24 patients as a result of creation of emergency units. Growth has constituted about 40 percent. There was a possibility to invite chronic dispensary patients and the population to prophylactic medical examination.
