In Tatarstan on the basis of children's polyclinics, polyclinic units of city and regional hospitals offices of medik-social help to children are opened. Thanks those, monitoring of medik-social well-being of children, the analysis of risk factors, revealing of children who are in a difficult reality situation or socially-dangerous position is carried.
