Adel Vafin: «In each institution there should be development strategy»

In Kazan started  seminar «Application of instruments of strategic and project management for achievement of the purposes of the medical organisation development». All levels leaders  of branch of public health services of Tatarstan have gathered to define and apply the necessary instruments to effective realisation of projects which are now actual for Tatarstan public health services. Three projects were discussed: a friendly polyclinic, information in sphere of public health services and creation of Health Centers.
